When will my order arrive?
Your total delivery time is simply Processing Time + Shipping Time.
✈️ Shipping Time: > Standard delivery generally takes 1 to 2 working weeks. The exact timeframe depends on the specific shipping method you select at checkout.
🛠️ Processing Time: > While most orders are processed quickly, please note that handmade and customized items require extra time to be crafted to perfection. These special items will be dispatched immediately once production is complete.
📦 Track Your Journey: As soon as your package is handed over to the logistics carrier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow its journey every step of the way!
(Please note: Occasional delays may happen due to official holidays, customs clearance, or unexpected force majeure events, but we will always do our best to get your anime merch to you as fast as possible!)
What happens if my package gets delayed?
We track every order closely to ensure it reaches you safely! Since our anime merch ships globally, occasional delays can happen due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons in your local area.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic! This is normal for international transit. However, if your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, just DM us on Instagram @kgstudio_7 or email us. We will investigate immediately and ensure you get your items!
